 Brought back the medal! I had a week-long visit to Edisto as I entered to run the half-marathon race in Charleston on January 13th. My trip was delayed by a couple days due to the snow and ice that the low country received. When I finally arrived, I was still able to make my first Edisto snow man and got to see snow on the beach, which was quite the odd sight to see!  I have had the goal for the past five years to run a half-marathon so I am so excited to have accomplished this goal. I ran the 13.1 miles in 2 hrs 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Perhaps next year I'll accomplish my goal of running a marathon!
I hope everyone is enjoying the off season. I am looking forward to sunny weather soon!

I want to go to Charleston because I want to experience the snow there too! I have heard a lot of reasons on why we should go there, but this one is different. By just looking at the place, I can tell that the calmness of the waves is exciting me. Though there are other beaches who can offer me the same view, being in Charleston would be priceless experience for me. I am hoping that me and my friends will be able to experience this.
