See the article below to hear about a leatherback sea turtle that was entangled in a crap pot snare. Thankfully, a group of Charleston fisherman found the turtle and was able to free him/her. It is sad that this turtle had to go through this but I am so thankful that they were there to help!

We should all thank those fishermen for saving the life of leatherback sea turtle! It could have been very complicated if they weren't able to save the life of the turtle. But it's good to know that Charleston fisherman were all equipped and trained how to save sea animals from this kind of situation. But we need to be aware that a lot of se animals have been experiencing this all the time. What we need to do is to be careful and try to be considerate on sea animals more than our personal needs.
